2. HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Please see the fitting guide on our website. The small Disklok is the most popular size and it will fit 95% of modern car steering wheels. Vehicle manufacturers so change the size of their steering wheels so we always advise to measure your wheel before ordering. 3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

4. HOW DO I ORDER REPLACEMENT KEYS & WHAT IS THE COST?

5. I AM HAVING A PROBLEM LOCKING / UNLOCKING MY DISKLOK, WHAT DO I DO?
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems operating your Disklok please ensure the following first: Make sure you are using the correct key, particularly if you own or operate more than one Disklok.
The key will look like this:
Make sure the key is fully inserted. The barrel lock is a high security anti-drill lock and is made up of 10 disks which can sometimes become out of alignment. If this happens, the key will not be able to travel into the barrel sufficiently and therefore will only turn 45 degrees. Look down into the barrel lock to verify if a disk is crossing the key way. To rectify, insert the key as far as it will go then whilst applying downward pressure, wiggle the key from left to right repeatedly feeling for the key dropping further into the lock. NEVER OIL THE LOCK OR FORCE THE KEY WHEN TRYING TO UNLOCK THE DISKLOK. If you are using the correct key and the disks are all in alignment then please contact us for further assistance, please note, this is not a 24 hour helpline.

6. THE DISKLOK LEAVES A MARK ON MY WHEEL
The Disklok does not attach to the steering wheel and therefore the entire weight of the product will rest on the top frontal side of your wheel. If you have a soft leather wheel, it is likely when the Disklok is removed to leave a lay mark or indent. The mark will return to normal over time, however we advise the customer to use a steering wheel cover in conjunction with the Disklok to avoid this.
7. I HAVE A LEFT HAND DRIVE VEHICLE
We offer a Left Hand Drive Disklok which is recommended for all Left Hand Drive vehicles makes/models. They are only available from our Distributor in Holland or one of their stockists. You can contact them directly using their details in the contact us page.
8. REPLACING THE SPRING
