We’re excited and incredibly proud to announce that Disklok has achieved the coveted Secured by Design accreditation. Secured by Design is the flagship UK police initiative to help ‘design out’ crime through the use of high-quality, innovative products and processes.
In order to achieve the Secured by Design seal of approval, our industry-leading Disklok had to adhere to rigorous testing standards, as required by the police. The standards and related tests must demonstrate the product’s effectiveness in preventing or reducing crime, usually by resistance to physical attack, and the Disklok passed with flying colours.
Secured by Design is the only way for products to achieve police accreditation in the UK, and we’re honoured to have been awarded this accolade, and to be a part of the Police Preferred Specification.
